Procedure

  1. Cut the fish and the bacon into thin strips.

  2. Finely chop the garlic.

  3. Fry bacon in dry frying pan until golden and crispy.

  4. Add dash of oil. Place fish and garlic with the bacon.

  5. Keep at low temp for approx. 3 minutes.

  6. Mix the eggs and sour cream in a bowl.

  7. Add cooked and drained pasta, then fish, bacon and garlic. 

  8. Gently stir through.

  9. Serve with Parmesan and chopped basil sprinkled over.
