Norwegian Seafood Council announces the largest ever international competition for sushi chefs

Do you have what it takes to be crowned the UK’s #1 Sushi chef and compete in the prestigious global grand final in Tokyo?

Global Sushi Challenge combines the best of two worlds: Japan’s sushi tradition and Norway’s fresh salmon widely enjoyed as sushi topping around the world.

Global Sushi Challenge aims to share the appreciation of high quality sushi through skilled and passionate sushi chefs striving to be the best.

14 different countries will hold local competitions from May-October 2015. The  country challengers will then compete in the Grand Final in Tokyo, Japan.
