Baked Norwegian Cod with Tomato Salad

Oven-baked Norwegian cod with mustard and cheese is a tasty combination. Serve with a tomato salad and impress your friends and family.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
  • Cut the cod into portions, season with salt and pepper and place in a greased oven-proof dish.
  • Mix grated cheese, mustard, cream and finely chopped chives, and fold it over the cod.
  • Bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.

 Tomato salad

  • Slice the tomatoes and place them on a greased aluminium foil.
  • Sprinkle with basil, salt, pepper and olive oil and wrap the mixture together.
  • Bake in the oven along with the cod for the remaining 10 minutes.
  • Serve with bread on the side.
