Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
- Cut the cod into portions, season with salt and pepper and place in a greased oven-proof dish.
- Mix grated cheese, mustard, cream and finely chopped chives, and fold it over the cod.
- Bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
Tomato salad
- Slice the tomatoes and place them on a greased aluminium foil.
- Sprinkle with basil, salt, pepper and olive oil and wrap the mixture together.
- Bake in the oven along with the cod for the remaining 10 minutes.
- Serve with bread on the side.
