- Cook the noodles.
- Cut peppers into strips and cut the spring onions into pieces.
- Mince the garlic and grate fresh ginger.
- Cook the peppers, snow peas and onions with minced garlic and ginger in oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the noodles, mix together and let everything heat through. Take the wok off the heat, flip the shrimp and serve the court immediately with sweet chilli sauce.
