Preparation
- Cut the fennel and peppers into thin slices and chop the garlic.
- Cook the fennel, peppers and garlic gently in oil for 5 minutes. Add the tomato puree, and let it simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and thyme to taste.
- Add the prawns and heat gently.
- Cook the spaghetti.
- Strain the cooking water and mix the spaghetti and prawn sauce.
- Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
