Preparation
- Cut the saithe into 3 cm dices and slice the Chinese cabbage and spring onion.
- Combine the coconut milk, tinned tomatoes, vegetable stock, chili paste and soy sauce in a casserole, and bring to the boil.
- Add the Chinese cabbage and spring onion, and simmer for approx. 2 minutes.
- Gently add the saithe and simmer for approx. 2 minutes.
- Season with chili paste, soy sauce and salt to flavour.
Serve the soup with bread on the side.
