1. Dust the salmon fillets in Cajun spice then cook over a hot, oiled griddle for 8-10 minutes until slightly blackened and cooked through.
2. Combine all the salsa ingredients in a small bowl and season to taste. Add more chilli if you like the heat!
3. Warm the taco shells in the oven, according to pack instructions. Gently flake the salmon and serve with the tacos, mango salsa, yogurt and lime wedges.
