Preparation
- Rinse the Norwegian salmon fillet in cold water, pat dry and chop finely.
- Add the chives and season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the chopped salmon mixture into four flat patties.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and heat the patties in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Wash the tomato and cucumber and cut into slices.
- Cut the slices of bread in two, to create two thin slices and toast.
- Lay out one of the halves of bread on the plate and layer with one lettuce leaf, a salmon patty and add the cucumber slices and tomato to garnish.
- Spread cream cheese on the remaining bread halves and add to top the burger.
- Serve with cherry tomato and cucumber salad.
