Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Place the salmon in a greased oven-proof dish.
- Drizzle the soy sauce and lime juice over the salmon.
- Remove the seeds from the chili, and finely chop the chili and ginger.
- Sprinkle the chili and ginger over the salmon and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
Serve with rice and salad.
