Preparation
- Cut the salmon into portions and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Pan-fry in oil for approx. 3 minutes on each side.
Mashed potatoes
- Peel the potatoes, cut into dices and cook in unsalted water until tender.
- Drain well, mash and add milk until the consistency is like porridge.
- Add butter and flavour with salt and pepper.
Serve pan-fried salmon with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
