Preparation
- Cut the salmon into pieces and place in the food processor with the curry powder, salt, corn flour, and finely chopped chilli and parsley.
- Stir in the eggs and milk.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the oil into a frying pan and heat.
- With wet hands, form small patties and place into the oil. Fry for approx. 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- For the tzatziki, grate the cucumber and garlic clove and mix with the natural yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve in burger baps with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
