  • Preheat oven to 220 ° C.

  • Cut the salmon into pieces and place in the food processor with the curry powder, salt, corn flour, and finely chopped chilli and parsley.

  • Stir in the eggs and milk.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Pour the oil into a frying pan and heat.

  • With wet hands, form small patties and place into the oil. Fry for approx. 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

For the tzatziki, grate the cucumber and garlic clove and mix with the natural yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve in burger baps with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
