Preparation
- Cut the smoked salmon into slices.
- Mix the cream cheese, cream, Dijon mustard, salt and sugar, and flavour with cayenne pepper.
- Chop the cabbage and mix with the sauce and chopped parsley.
- Cut each bagel in half and cover one half with the cabbage dressing and salad.
- Place slices of smoked salmon on the salad, over with the other half of the bagel and serve.
