- Dust the salmon fillets in Cajun spice then cook over a hot, oiled griddle for 8-10 minutes until slightly blackened and cooked through.
- Combine all the salsa ingredients in a small bowl and season to taste. Add more chilli if you like the heat!
- Warm the taco shells in the oven, according to pack instructions. Gently flake the salmon and serve with the tacos, mango salsa, yogurt and lime wedges.
