How to prepare:
- Slice the Norwegian salmon in 1cm slices. Open the green onion lengthwise to remove the core, and julienne it. Briefly soak it in water and drain well (julienned green onion). Tear the salad leaves into bite sized pieces. Roughly chop the mixed nuts.
- In a bowl, grate the garlic, add a little soy sauce, two pinches of salt and 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil, blend well, and add the salmon.
- Add the julienned green onion and salad leaves, and toss quickly.
- Serve the rice on the plate, top it with 2 and sprinkle it with the mixed nuts.
