Norwegian prawns with noodles and chilli sauce
Cook the noodles.
Cut peppers into strips and cut the spring onions into pieces.
Mince the garlic and grate fresh ginger.
Cook the peppers, snow peas and onions with minced garlic and ginger in oil for 2-3 minutes.
Add the noodles, mix together and let everything heat through. Take the wok off the heat, flip the shrimp and serve the court immediately with sweet chilli sauce.
