Preparation
- Prepare the sushi rice as per the packet.
- Cut a few slices of smoked Norwegian salmon into large squares (approx. 15cm) and place on a piece of cling film.
- With your pre-prepared sushi rice, take a small amount in your hands and make a ball. The rice balls should be approx. 5cm.
- Place the rice balls onto the smoked Norwegian salmon squares.
- Collect all four corners and roll until the smoked Norwegian salmon covers the rice entirely. Carefully remove the cling film.
- Cut the nori sheet into small triangles for eyes and a strip for the mouth.
