Procedure

  • Cut the fennel and peppers into thin slices and chop the garlic.

  • Cook the fennel, peppers and garlic gently in oil for 5 minutes. Add the tomato puree, and let it simmer for approximately 5 minutes.

  • Add salt, pepper and thyme to taste.

  • Add the prawns and heat gently.

  • Cook the spaghetti.

  • Strain the cooking water and mix the spaghetti and prawn sauce.

  • Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
