Pasta with Norwegian prawns and fennel
Cut the fennel and peppers into thin slices and chop the garlic.
Cook the fennel, peppers and garlic gently in oil for 5 minutes. Add the tomato puree, and let it simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and thyme to taste.
Add the prawns and heat gently.
Cook the spaghetti.
Strain the cooking water and mix the spaghetti and prawn sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
